An exciting opportunity has arisen within a consultancy firm for an ambitious, business savvy professional to kick start their career as a Research Analyst to join a busy team of specialist multinational research consultants. Due to the current projects, they are looking for someone with Russian plus a high level of English. The role will be fully office based for the first 3 months, followed by a hybrid working model.

Your responsibilities will include:

Carrying out a wide range of primary research methods in order to gain further insights
Analysing qualitative and numerical financial data
Building a strong network of industry experts, suppliers and competitors to engage with on current/ future projects
Managing a wide range of research projects
Reporting and presenting key findings through well-written, insightful research reports to clients

About you:

Profile:

Required to be fluent in Russian and high level of English, both written and spoken
Demonstrable (primary and secondary) research and project management experience helpful but not essential
Able to commute to Richmond on a daily basis
Experience with data analysis tools like (Excel, Phyton, SQL or Power BI)
Enthusiastic, self-motivated and ambitious
